Large summer house electrics in Birmingham

In this property we had to start with a brand new consumer unit to allow us to protect a number of existing circuits and protect the entire property with a Surge Protection Device (SPD).

Then we installed a new Steel wired armoured (SWA) feed to the newly built summer house.

This is the largest summer house we have completed it had a large living room & dining room, a full sized bathroom and a single large bedroom.

We installed 25 LED down lights throughout the building for a clean finish and to make the building bright. Rointe electric heaters were used to provide the warmth in the winter. There was a full kitchen layout, electric shower and an electric water heater. Ventilation in the bathroom via a 4 inch fan and a Rointe electric towel rail was provided.
