Why are you asking for pictures?

To speed up the process and save time we ask for the pictures of the main incoming supply cable and mains fuse because this is a requirement from National Grid to protect the network.

What if there are issues with my fuse or supply cable?

If the problem lies with National Grids equipment they will carry out any works and is free of charge, this can often be done after we have installed the EV charger.

Do I need WiFi?

Yes all modern chargers require wifi connection for smart tariffs such as Octopus.
